Wish I went somewhere else Jerome was nice but my overall experience made me less than impressed. Finding my vehicle I did on my own but as soon as I found my car it seemed like Jerome was nice but my overall experience made me less than impressed. Finding my vehicle I did on my own but as soon as I found my car it seemed like I was no longer important. The first night I was there I waited around for three hours while the representative worked between two sets of customers. He spoke to me several times but then got back up and helped someone else. At this point I was not impressed but still held on. Day two comes around and both Jerome and a Tyler in the financing department tell me they will not accept an approval letter from my bank they will only accept a check but KEMBA FCU that will be handling my financing told me that it can only be done the other way around. So after trying to explain how titling works in the state of Ohio and still no budging on the dealership end my banker called and explained and Kane who tried to sell me the warranty told him that would be all they need. So I wasted several hours of my day worrying about this when it was done this way to end with. But unfortunately my bad luck did not end there: I was not given an over view of the features of the vehicle I wasn’t even offered that. And when I left the dealership and got a mile down the road my gas light turned on. The car was extremely dirty on the outside and still had some things in it from the dealership representative who was driving it before I bought it. I was not impressed and will not plan on coming back to buy another car. More

Great Staff I started out just interested in a certain truck. When I contacted them they said it was at the detailers and would contact me as soon as it came back I started out just interested in a certain truck. When I arrived it was sitting right up front with my name displayed in the window (very nice touch). The salesperson came right out and found me, introduced herself and began showing me the features of the truck. No hem hawing just wanted to know what I wanted (greatly appreciated as I am always busy). Ended up buying the truck within 2 days, no pressure. Great experience. More
