Findlay Dodge Ram Post Falls

I have been a long time Jeep owner and newly purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I am planning a trip and recently bought a roof top tent for it. Realizing that i needed a roof rack to go with it i attempted 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I am planning a trip and recently bought a roof top tent for it. Realizing that i needed a roof rack to go with it i attempted to order one online and this did not work well. I am happy to say i called parts dept. and they ordered me the right rack and it was in the store within a few days. I have no experience with installing a rack like this so i inquired about how much this would cost and was dismayed to be quoted $580 and was told based on what i ordered it would take the shop 5 hours to install. This didnt seem right, so i picked up the rack and took a shot at installing it myself. Again i was dismayed to realize i had been over-quoted, i often times believe its because i am female. It took me all of 30 to 40 minutes to install. Not cool Jeep Findlay More

We were looking for a special equipped Jeep for towing and were able to locate on online with Findlay. We made the three hour drive assuming that we would have to spend the night. They called as we were driving into town and said that they could take care of us yet that day. They got all the paper work done and the car ready at 7:00 pm even though they normally close at 6:00. They have followed up since then just to make sure everything is working and answer any questions we might have. It was the best experience at buying a new car I've had. More
