William, We understand your frustration over the amount of time it took for your vehicle to be repaired. Since your extended warranty only covered five days in a rental vehicle, we provided one to you at no extra cost for the entirety of the repair process to lessen the burden on you. Unfortunately, we are often stuck between a rock and hard place when a necessary part is on backorder, as there are certain processes we must follow when ordering parts from Nissan for repairs. We went outside of our normal procedure to acquire the necessary part by calling the dealers you had found online. Many of those stores did not actually have the part in stock, despite listing it online, but eventually one of them did. Once we confirmed that we could get it shipped to us, we called you and gave a detailed plan of how we were getting this part in. Despite this, the next morning, you called and berated our receptionist, accusing us of not returning your calls despite us having talked and confirmed the plans the previous evening. Once an available part was secured from a dealership on the other side of the state, we were able to have it shipped and repaired within a four-day timespan. We are sorry you’re unsatisfied despite our efforts to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. We wish you the best with your vehicle moving forward.

You actually did not provide us with a vehicle for the entirety of the repair process. You provided one for 5 days. And no one berated your receptionist. Indeed it is because of those slanderous remarks that led me to provide such a review. You kept us holding for 3 weeks. And if you had not provided such bad information about part availability and were not argumentative and cynical then all would have been well. You seem to misstate the facts in order to avoid any responsibility for being not proactive in repairing our car. If locating a part to repair a car is outside your normal procedure; and instead it is normal for you to keep working people in holding for weeks (and even months as you had stated) on end, then that would qualify for a bad review. Your sarcasm and slander were the reason I decided to say something.
