A Fair and Transparent Dealership I love to write a good review when it is well deserved so here it goes... As a young adult (late 20's), I grew up hearing that car dealerships were I love to write a good review when it is well deserved so here it goes... As a young adult (late 20's), I grew up hearing that car dealerships were stressful and scary. This was far from the truth at Fitzgerald Toyota. The service and staff at this dealership were excellent. Tim Scorsune stayed in contact with me over email, text, and phone in the two weeks leading up to the purchase. He went out of his way to find me the perfect truck and get it on the lot as soon as possible. He was kind, professional, and TRANSPARENT (so many dealers wouldn't answer all of my questions but these guys did)! I will add that I reached out to around 6 dealerships about the car I wanted, a Toyota Tacoma, but all the dealers that got back to me avoided my questions and just wanted to get me in the door (which is super uncool during a global pandemic). It wasn't until my fiancee recommended Fitzgerald Toyota on a whim. She got a Subaru from another Fitzgerald dealership. Fitzgerald Toyota got back to me right away with an extremely competitive offer and we went from there. I was in my dream car less than two weeks later. Thank you Tim and thank you to the other staff that assisted me. I'm beyond happy. I will be recommending this dealership to anyone and everyone I know that wants a quality Toyota experience. More

We got a fantastic deal on a new 2020 Toyota 4Runner Limited. Our salesman, Mr. Jeremy Nease, did a an outstanding job getting us a great price for our trade-in, and putting us in the SUV the same day. Limited. Dealer where we purchased the vehicle was defensive and somewhat disintere Our 2019 RAV 4 Limited AWD developed an annoying noise at about 3500 miles. Dealer where we purchased the vehicle was defensive and somewhat disinterested in pursuing a repair. I was advised by Toyota Corporate Customer Care to visit Fitzgerald Toyota for help. There I met Rob Gordon , a senior mechanic, who drove the car and heard the noise and advised me that Toyota would identify a fix. At a later date I met Gil Briggs, the service mgr. He was very busy but listened to me for at least 30 minutes. He asked me to leave the car so he could drive it. He heard the noise but Toyota had not identified a new replacement part. Months later I received a phone call at home from Mr. Briggs. He told me he just received a new TSB from Toyota that he believed would fix the problem. HE CALLED ME THE SAME DAY THE TSB WAS ISSUED BY TOYOTA !!! I brought the car in and a new electro-mechanical clutch assembly in the transfer case was switched out to eliminate most but not all the noise. Messrs. Gordon and Briggs are top notch. You will not find better service anywhere else. I still have not heard from the original dealer. For a busy service mgr at a major dealership to call me MONTHS LATER ON THE SAME DAY THE TSB WAS ISSUED is simply unexpected and greatly appreciated.. These gentleman are master mechanics and master customer service professionals. I am 76 years old, the son of a mechanic, and know a little more about mechanical operations than the average owner. These gentleman are the best I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend them More

I recently experienced it in dealing with a recent purchase of a used car from Fitzgerald Lakeforest Toyota. The used car I purchased needed repairs that were initially missed when I purchased the car. Mr. Phil Formichelli looked into the issue for me, and covered a significant portion of the repair costs. I know that I can trust Fitzgerald's to make things right. I have bought several cars in the past from Fitzgerald's in the past and will continue to do so in the future because I can trust them to do the right thing. More

The good thing is that he never pushed me to buy any car but I decided to buy the car on my own. Had he pushed me, I would have gone to another dealership. Instead of pushing, he facilitated. Vaqar was extremely helpful from day one. He explained everything carefully and answered all my questions. At the time I was shopping for a car I never planned to buy so quickly.
