Erol is a fantastic sales consultant! He is the exact opposite of a pushy, hovering salesperson, which is a car sales practice I abhor. He made multiple vehicles available to my wife and I to explore and was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered ALL of our questions. We made multiple unannounced visits to the Fitzgerald Subaru Gaithersburg dealership and Erol, as well as everyone else, was always accommodating and easy going. He coordinated multiple test drives for us and graciously guided us through our "exploratory buying decision" process, as opposed to pushing his opinions and particular vehicle "features," which we may or may not have been interested in. His unobtrusive attentiveness and knowledge earned our trust and we decided to purchase a 2024 Outback Touring XT in no small part because of the earned trust he elicited. More

An unfortunate situation with my previous car led me to the good fortunate of meeting the sales team at Fitzgerald Gaithersburg. From my initial phone call with John, to my test drive with Matt, to my fina the good fortunate of meeting the sales team at Fitzgerald Gaithersburg. From my initial phone call with John, to my test drive with Matt, to my financing with Lisa, the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, upfront, honest, and a pleasure to work with! Matt checked in with me several times to keep me updated on the status of my car, and everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I was there to buy one of their used cars that wasn't even a Subaru, yet I never felt liked that impacted the level of service I received. I wasn't planning on needing to buy a car this week, but I'm grateful that I bought it from the team at Fitzgerald Gaithersburg. Will definitely recommend! More
