Will Never Go Back Bought a Ford Focus there new in 2014. I've had three clutches go bad - they replaced the first two. Now the third one is worse than the first. I need Bought a Ford Focus there new in 2014. I've had three clutches go bad - they replaced the first two. Now the third one is worse than the first. I need a fourth clutch. They said they won't cover it. So I need a fourth clutch in a 3 year old car I bought there. The service manager - Justin - stated that I only got one oil change there. So I guess if I got my oil changed there he would have covered the fourth clutch. Will never go back to 5 Star Ford and will recommend the same with all my contacts. More

I initially went in on a busy Saturday afternoon to look at a different used Expedition, but this black beauty grabbed my attention. Salesman Chris Jones was gracious enough to let me take it for a test drive, with no pressure. After I was able to work out some numbers on Sunday, I happily returned on Monday to make the purchase. Chris was great with all my question and Rob in finance worked magic to beat my pre-approved very low rate with my bank. I really felt like a family member at Five Star Ford. More
