Always a pleasant experience dealing with Bill! He has always greeted us with a hand shake and a friendly smile! We bought a Ford Fusion a few months ago and Bill was courteous and patient to answer all of our questions and to return our phone calls promptly! I recently needed a cosmetic repair on a interior door of my Ford Edge and once again Bill immediately responded to my call and scheduled my appointment within the same week! We are now looking to purchase a Ford Explorer. We are looking forward to seeing Bill and having another smooth transaction! He is truly a asset to his company and us as well! Thank you! I purchased a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. The initial phone call to make an appointment was handled in a professional manner. When I arrived, I was treated with respect and courtesy. I was kept up to date with the progress of my servicing and was told of problems that were found as they did an oil change and tire rotation. I was very impressed with all aspects of my visit and would highly recommend going to this dealership. Excellent service and courteous and professional people.

I've been dealing with this dealership for 19 years. Won't go anywhere else. The team under the leadership of Russ Silverstone is top notch. We didn't even stop by to buy a vehicle and drove out with a 2017 Edge Titanium. Our salesperson were Steve Duffy and Rick Kleinota, finance was Dave Donovan and dear Jeff Minor shows you everything about your new car. Robert Dull, Mgr of Service Dept is the greatest. "A Little to Pricie"

Had to wait to long for parts to come in, after parts came in wait for an appointment to have three minor parts replaced which should only taken tops twenty minutes took almost 3 hours. parts were for my 2008 F-150 Ford : PLASTIC BUG SHIELD ON HOOD, WIPER BLADES, RUBBER BREAK FOOT PETAL COVER and PLASTIC SHIELD UNDER WINDSHIELD WIPERS BOTH SIDES. I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY DISCOUNT FOR INSTALLATION FOR HAVING TO WAIT FOR PARTS AND SERVICE.

"Flammer came through!"

Purchased my pre owned 2014 Ford Taurus at this dealer. At that time the sales guy convinced me to buy an extended warranty... "bumper to bumper" he says. Now I have a problem... they say battery is cracked. It leaked and corroded battery cable. Ford refused to honor warranty since battery is a wear and tear type component. Once I complained to the sales department they went to bat for me. They made things fair for all parties. My advice is to take your business here. Now I am very happy!

"service dept just as GREAT as sales dept"

I missed a option i wanted ,called Bill my salesman, told him he said will call me back within a hour (which he did) he set it up with Russ and Chris newton,, order the part (tbc),and made a appointment for installation .all done within 1 hour amazing .when i got there first thing Chris asked me if i wanted a ride home and back or would like to wait .it dosent get any better then that .parts in works great spoke to Dave donovan about extended warrantee he didn't just try to sell me anything , but was best for me thanks guys you make going to a dealership easy
