What can I say? I mean Juan is the best of the best. This man right here made sure I left satisfied with the car I wanted and the price that was best for me. I'm truly thankful that he helped me out. I would recommend him to anyone without a doubt! My first time buying a car from a dealer was my best experience ever I will deff go back to this dealer and Juan. He cleaned my car and all before I got i drove out with it because no one was there to do it so he took his time to do so! So thankful for this man and the staff in a whole are the best thanks to sigrido and Gregg I had a great deal too! Keep up the good work😃😃😃 Juan treated me and my mother and our friend like family so I felt so welcome there!

I purchased a 2002 Ford, F-150, Harley Davidson Edition Truck with 117,500 miles on the odometer, Oct 30, 2015, didn't pick the truck up until Nov 4th, as it needed servicing, I had the dealer install new tires because the tires on the truck were worn out. It needed brake pads, radio and instrumentation lighting were not working, and when the headlights were put on high beam, they would turn off. No spare tire jack and check engine light on. Some of the things I figured I could repair as a hobby. I tried to bargain over the items but the dealer would not discount any more from the $9,999.00 internet price. Less than 90 days after I took delivery, and less than 1000 miles, the engine started to run very badly. I returned the truck to the dealer to be diagnosed. Results were the truck needed to have an engine replacement for a mere $6,700.00. This included the $100.00 diagnostic to arrive at this conclusion. Florida Fine Cars does not live up to their title and I am now stuck with a truck needing an engine. Even if you don't publish this, you might want to show it at your next "Customer Service" meeting. "Disjointed, too much on their plate."

Hello, this is an honest review of my first experience at the service center at Florida Fine Cars. I brought my car in around early Jan 2016 to try to get my clutch assembly in my car repaired. I had hoped it was covered under warranty but ultimately it was not. My concern is not so much about that, the fact that the part is not covered was news to me but well explained in the warranty contract. My issue is with the service at the F. Fine Cars center They have way too many vehicles and things to stay on top of and the staff doesnt do a good job of staying on top of everything. They got one woman in a little office receiving customers for a complex with like 40+ lift bays. everyone comes in, fills out a paper and sits there for hours with no answer. Its just very disjointed. My vehicle had another electrical issue with VW specific tech that would trigger an "EPC" light on the dash. It more than likely being an electronic issue, I asked Frank the service advisor to check it out, days go by and he told me the car didnt do anything, and that nothing was checked on the car. Like I just really wasted time there, got no help with anything. I asked Frank don't worry about it, I'll just go get the car. When I got there around 6 pm to pick it up, I was told the keys were gonna be with cashier. They were not with cashier and I had to go find like 3 other people who had no idea who i was or what i was talking about. I finally got my car and paid $100 diagnostic fee for nothing really. I gave them hundred dollars. My experience wasn't good, not to say theyre like this everyday, but if you know about vehicle specifics and want a bit more intimate care, go somewhere else. Fine cars has way too much crap on their hands to work with people effectively.
