The staff was very absolutely pleasant, very welcoming and greeted us with the utmost respect and not like your typical myth about a "sleezy car salesman." I want to express complete customer satisfaction in the purchase of my new BMW car and for Mr Vito, for making this happen for me with no pressure, having patience w/ me, actually listening to me and providing his expertise based on my budget that i felt comfortable with.
