When Greensboro realized we were shopping for a specific Acadia they sent us to Fayetteville, because it was available. Marty, Kenny,Josh, Jerry and Wade went above and beyond to make this crazy transaction work (turning in another brands lease to buy the Acadia). Flow has yet again earned our business and we will be back and we will make referrals. Thank you all! We love our 2022 Acadia! More

Don’t trust your vehicle to be serviced by Flow of Fayetteville. We took our Jeep in for a oil change and picked it up after the oil change to find our floor board on drivers side completely soaked a Fayetteville. We were told the service manager would call us first thing in the am, after four calls and two txt she called me at 2 pm, to tell me we either had a leak or it rained into the vehicle . We have floor Mats that were completely dry!! After ten minutes of her telling me they did nothing wrong, but they would vacuum the carpet, I asked to speak to her manager . When he called it was one in the same. “ We did nothing to your vehicle , you brought it in like this “. Very disheartening to have such poor customer service . The vehicle only had 33,000 miles on it, smelled terrible due to the wetness... we had to pay to have it cleaned and checked for a leak... Guess what? NO LEAKS!! More

Sent my vehicle here for 4 separate repairs promised to be complete before the weekend was through. 1) brake software recall. Took them 3 weeks to figure out (they did provide a loaner) but the constan be complete before the weekend was through. 1) brake software recall. Took them 3 weeks to figure out (they did provide a loaner) but the constant cycling of the ignition on/off has CAUSED MY RADIO TO INTERMITTENTLY FAIL. 2) brake rotors and pads. Great job. 3) rear defroster connector resoldering. Mechanic did a very sloppy job, marring and scratching my back glass. This will be a VERY EXPENSIVE REPLACEMENT. 4) wheel and tire balance. One of the most basic tasks for a maintenance shop wasn't done correctly. I should have read the other reviews before coming here. More

Unsatisfied customer I would not recommend the service department for mechanical/electrical services. My experience was an initial visit for a check engine light, the serv I would not recommend the service department for mechanical/electrical services. My experience was an initial visit for a check engine light, the services rendered didn’t resolve the issue. In fact, the services created an additional issue that wasn’t resolved. Even though there wasn’t a clear solution, more money was requested. The communication about the progress of my vehicle was limited and staff was unprofessional. More

Additionally, we dealt with one service manager the entire time who provided very personalized service to us and recognized us upon entry into the service center to retrieve our vehicle. Furthermore, the service department was a very low pressure environment and I did not feel like the service manager was forcing repairs or services upon us. She was very much an adviser on the condition of our car, and allowed us to make the necessary decisions. More
