My Quicklane service advisor, Jim Veilleux was great! Very kind and helpful. He also provided a discount based on my extended wait time which was much appreciated. My only feedback is, I requested a five tire rotation and noticed while driving that my spare was loose. Fortunately I was able to tighten the lug nuts once I got home, which had me question that the rotation was done properly, Please be thorough next time. Thank you! More
I arrived at the Quick Lane without an appointment, looking for an oil change on my 2014 Shelby GT500. I was greeted by a very pleasant service writer named James. He told me it might take 2 hours to complete the service, which seemed reasonable without an appointment. James made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room, offering me refreshments. Within ONE hour, the car was finished, and the multipoint inspection and fluid top-offs were done to perfection. The entire experience was excellent! More
I have had excellent service in the past. I had just had new tires and brakes on my last car I had serviced. On this particular vehicle service visit, I ended up coming back twice more as the I had just had new tires and brakes on my last car I had serviced. On this particular vehicle service visit, I ended up coming back twice more as the parts were not available or did not arrive. Including the lock levers on the vehicle due to a recall, even though I had called two weeks prior and sent an txt and left VM. Mike D'Incecco was a great help, though the issue was not in his Dept. With his help and that of James Willis and his manager we were able to get things straightened out. More
