I didn't know exactly what I wanted in a vehicle at the time or what was available for me in my budget. But when I went on their website I knew that I was going a step in the right direction! I felt very comfortable at the dealership. They took care of everything. And now I am driving a beautiful certified pre-owned vehicle! Beautiful! More
Brought in for a routine oil change. Was told that there was a possible problem with the transmission. Sal arranged for a loaner car and the vehicle was finished the next day. My Review of Ford of Branford: I started using this My Review of Ford of Branford: I started using this dealership; Ford of Branford, several years ago when I purchased my first vehicle from this deale My Review of Ford of Branford: I started using this dealership; Ford of Branford, several years ago when I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership. I was usually greeted into the showroom by a happy smiling Allyn Temple. The purchasing experience from the start, was easy, without the usual "pressure" to make a decision. The sales folks were very helpful in answering my questions about the pre-owned vehicle I was considering for purchase. So impressed, that less than 4 months went by, and my wife's car was acting up, and I brought it to their repair dept. and George Smith & Sal Casa were able to help me get the car properly repaired, at a reasonable price. Fast forward another year and I felt it was necessary to upgrade the used vehicle I had purchased to a newer model - Sales consultant Fred Conforte was very helpful. Fred explained he could get me into a brand-new vehicle for almost the same price as the used vehicle I was considering. We explored the options, and I was driving out in a NEW 2012 Ford Escape the very next day, & , for the same price as the used vehicle I was considering. Another 6 months went by, and once again I thought it necessary to replace my wife's Taurus, perhaps with something a little more fuel efficient. I started talking to sales consultant; Frank Tomanio , and he told me of some great FORD incentive programs going on. We chatted for 10-15 minutes about some of those incentives offered by FORD, and I told him I would be back with my wife to have her take a look at some of the vehicles offered. A few days later my spouse & I happened by the dealership, and so we stopped in. Frank is a no-pressure-to buy, kind of guy, and probably what kept me there listening to what he had to say. My wife and I especially like the fact we were able to take the vehicle for a test drive, WITHOUT a sales person talking in our ear the whole time. My wife very quickly decided she like this new version of the FUSION - HYBRID- SE, and we went back to the dealership to find Frank, so we could tell him we would like to purchase the car. The car was ready for pickup the next day. Unknown to us, it was Franks day off, but he came in on his day off to make sure we were happy and satisfied at delivery. Next, we were introduced to Dawn Carlson who explained in great detail some of the very sophisticated electronic options and how to access the components of the electronic Ford Sync system. The rest of the purchase event went very smoothly with their finance dept- Howard Odom making some suggestions that saved us many hundreds of dollars when we decided to purchase an extended warrantee. My husband and I experienced a problem with a Ford Escape we purchased that was stalling as we were driving. We immediately returned the car to Ford of Branford and the serivce we received from all the emplo we purchased that was stalling as we were driving. We immediately returned the car to Ford of Branford and the serivce we received from all the employees, espically Shannon Dunn, was above and beyond what we expected. The response was immediate, a substitute car was povided, and the issue was resolved to our satisfication. I would recommend Ford of Branford to anyone interested in buying a car, it is employees like these that give Ford Motor Company its good name. More
