So this is an update to my truck saga I had my appointment with the local Ford dealership in Canada June first dropped off at 8am at 10:30 am I received a call to tell me to pick it up it was a si appointment with the local Ford dealership in Canada June first dropped off at 8am at 10:30 am I received a call to tell me to pick it up it was a simple fix a fuse in my BCM that controls the ignition and to think Ford of Claremont had it 4 weeks and I paid them $1500 for my truck that wasn’t fixed. And spending $1000 more getting parts and a rebuild BCM that Ford Of Clermont said i require that never worked when they installed all because a new part was unavailable with no expected date of availability I don’t believe I needed a BCM i judge they didn’t look hard enough they misdiagnosed my problem. Sent them an email expressing my dissatisfaction not even a reply nothing at all. Come to think of it they had multiple cars and trucks waiting for similar parts. To coincidental if you ask me. If you need service go elsewhere More
Truck would not start. Was at dealership for 4 weeks spent thousands trying to get my own parts because the part needed was not available. A friend started the truck with a screwdriver a mobile mechanic rigged a switch something so simple got me home. Now back in Canada my local Ford dealer fixed my truck whit a 10 cent fuse!! I was Ripped off $1500 paid for nothing I want a refund they did nothing to help me get home. Avoid them at all costs. You will have nothing but disappointment!! More
It's my second visit and they've treated me much worst than the first time. The service staff is very unprofessional and rude. They're eager to talk you into replacing items that are working fine. Higher-ups tried to correct problem from the first visit but it is evident that the Service Dept. is much worst than the Quick Lane. More
Sales team are typical sleezy salesman. My car was scheduled for service and all of a sudden the day before I received a call from a salesman asking if they can take a look at my car while My car was scheduled for service and all of a sudden the day before I received a call from a salesman asking if they can take a look at my car while being serviced and they stated they believed they could put me into a new expedition for the same monthly payment. I told him I had no extra money to lay out and he said he coukd pull it off. The next day during my service no one approaches me so I went home. I then received a call from the salesman and a sales manager 2 hours later apologizing and begging me to give them a chance to see the car snd work out a new car deal. Like an idiot I went there and of course it was the usual same xxxxxxxxx lies & tactics. They had the nerve to show me a paper with an actual double the montly payment. Total scammers. They even tried to sell me a used expedition. They are now owned by the Morgan Autogroup and I will make sure all my friends know to stay away from any dealerships owned by this family. Go to any other Ford dealership but them!! More
I take my, 2011 Ford F 150 Stx 3. 7 l to them for a service recall, on the Transmission, I was told the park was on back order last september, 2022 and it would be available in Octob 7 l to them for a service recall, on the Transmission, I was told the park was on back order last september, 2022 and it would be available in October now it is going into March 2023 and i havent been able to drive my truck since september 2022 worst service advisors there left numerous call for a call back and not once receive a call back service dept is bad! We came to an agreement and I offered to give them a deposit. They said it wasn’t necessary and to come in on Monday at 10:00 to sign everything. Saturday afternoon, I thought I would stop at the dealership to just make sure they didn’t want a deposit. I found someone looking at the truck I was buying with a salesperson. Went inside to discuss and was told that “a deposit wouldn’t have guaranteed the vehicle for you, it would only guarantee the price”. Sleazy at best. I told them to keep it and left the dealership. 30 minutes later, they call to tell me that the vehicle is mine and they will hold it until Monday. Guess their “other” buyer didn’t work out. Needless to say, I’m not buying their truck. Went to Carmax down the road and bought a vehicle in 20 minutes. No hassle, no lies, no games, no $2995 “reconditioning fee”. Got a newer truck with less miles and a cheaper price. Run from these people!!! More
Over priced oil change and tech had to damage all lug nuts removing them causing them to need to be replaced. The exact same issue with the car they worked just prior to mine. I don’t believe all needed to be replaced. Vehicle has been serviced at other Ford dealers and no aftermarket wheels were installed. Oil change was at least $40 more than other local ford dealers. They are charging $106 + tax and fees - that’s gouging in my book. Won’t be back. Disgrace to Ford More
Good afternoon, my name is Jesus Ferrer and the reason for this email is that I want to let you know how disappointed I am to have changed my cars to the Ford brand, I don't know if it will be because of for this email is that I want to let you know how disappointed I am to have changed my cars to the Ford brand, I don't know if it will be because of the brand or the dealer since I first bought an explorer 2020 on which I have not problems, however there is a piece that should have been changed for a long time and it was not done since the service is GARBAGE and they never paid attention to it, finally and I think it is my worst disappointment is that I changed my RAM 1500 2019 truck for a 2021 ford sport and which presented a fault in the rear seat belt and which took it 3 times without receiving an answer about the fault, (every time I bring the truck I had to live it for 3 or 4 days and had to rent a truck to keep working) until at one point they tried to tell me that this was not a big deal The last time I was able to take it, they said they would order the part from Ford and as soon as it arrived they would call me to change it. This happened almost 3 months ago and it's not just that they didn't call me, it's that when I called they didn't answer me and when they did they said they would call me back, again I have been waiting for that call for almost 3 months, in the end I was able to solve my problem taking the truck to another dealer specifically Jarret Gordon in Davenport if I had known that all this was going to happen, first I would not have changed my truck that it had absolutely no defects, secondly I would have changed it for any other brand except ford and finally if I make that mistake I will never go to ford of Clermont since the attention in the service department is a real FILTH, I must say a truth, the seller who is a young person named Fernando treated me wonderfully or rather the sales staff is very efficient and attentive but what they do with their hands, service destroys with their feet and finally and the truth is I don't know if you cared but to me if it is that I never buy a ford car again and if I’ll do it it will never be in ford of Clermont, thanks and have a good day More

I specified I live almost 2 hours away and didn’t want to waste any time, yet they failed to mention $5500 in dealer fees. The $37,000 car which I drove two hours to look at was actually $42,500. I understand most dealers charge a fee. I would have paid $1000 dealer fee but $5500 is mind blowing and highly offensive. I Wasted 5 hours of my life! Don’t do the same!!! More
