Ford of Clermont used 60,332 points from my account in February. Ford pass acknowledges someone used the points but no one is able to tell me who used them or even give proof of a signature. I took my 2017 Ford Explorer in to check on a leak, they Identified the issue right away. It happened to be leak coming through my windshield because of a bad install done by a 3rd party.
