I only dealt with this dealership via phone, but I am very unimpressed. I was trying to get something arranged for my husband who is in Afghanistan and saw a car online that he wanted. We live 3 states away and they were one of the only dealerships within 500 miles to have this particular car for this mileage at such a low price. Despite the distance, we were willing to travel to get this car. They were very reluctant about assisting my husband and me with our unique situation and needs as buyers. The sales manager contacted me to let me know to fill out a credit application, which I did, and I have no doubt it was approved because we have no debt except for our home. I have yet to hear anything back from them and every time I called today it seemed as if they were avoiding me (he's away from his desk, he's in a meeting, etc.). Instead, my husband and I found a better deal on a near identical car for less mileage AND less money in Sarasota. We have put a deposit on the car so they will hold the car for us until we can get down there next month. It's not that hard to please your customers, Ocala, especially customers who are away from their family, serving their country.
