I had brought my 2017 black on black mustang for a recall on back up camera, i was told they had the parts but then i was told it was on back order. The person who took my mustang in to check it was going to on back up camera, i was told they had the parts but then i was told it was on back order. The person who took my mustang in to check it was going to give me the wrong mustang and silver one with black stripe i was tell my car was over were they parked it he said no they parked inback of a black suv he got very nasty with me after gave me my car and i asked how much to reinline my side window he got very rude with that and price to. Rudeness should be a zero tolerance in a work place. I hope yous call when the parts are in for my back up camera not email me. This why i try not give bussiness there because of the treatment i get.. If they cant remember what your car looks like or look at the numbers and read them,that are on the front window and key chain it is obvious they don't care or know their job. More
Unfortunately my vehicles AC quit working again after two weeks of working on it. I understand that things do happen that are unexplainable. I was ok with that. However, my service advisor would not call me weeks of working on it. I understand that things do happen that are unexplainable. I was ok with that. However, my service advisor would not call me back for 2 days. I finally had to speak with the service manager to get answers. When I went to pick up my vehicle I jokingly said that I thought that he might have died and that was the reason for not calling me back. Nothing was said, no apologies for not calling. I am not sure as to what happened to him. Other than that I was happy with the repairs. More
