I brought my truck in for some preventative maintenance. I asked for the spark plugs to be changed, a fuel service, passenger blinker light to be fixed, and the air filter changed. The service person asked what time I would need my vehicle. Since I had the appointment pre scheduled and I brought it in at 8am I asked to have it done by 2pm. At 2 pm I called to see where we were and then I was informed that they going $3500 worth of repairs that they wanted to do on too if the $500 service they were already charging for. They reported my water pump was leaking (I had no problems with this before I dropped off my truck). I said no thank you on the extra services and picked up my truck. That night as I was driving home from work it was chilly out and my heat did not turn on. The next day in the way to work my truck almost overheated and when I parked mysteriously there was no coolent in my tank. The blinker was never fixed and the air filter was not changed. I’ll never bring my truck here ever again. More
