Took advantage of my wife. Told her brake job would be $1900. She told them your crazy. She might pay half that. As she knows how to fix them herself. First off Nathaniel was very accommodating and professional. But your shop rates are ridiculous. My pinion seal and rear pumpkin was leaking. Quoted 745 bucks to repair. Got it done at a local sho professional. But your shop rates are ridiculous. My pinion seal and rear pumpkin was leaking. Quoted 745 bucks to repair. Got it done at a local shop for 250.!!! Tires, even with one “free” I was quoted 1170 bucks. I got 4 Nitto tires for 900. Installed and balanced. Also was told I needed a Nee complete electronic steering unit that can.ONLY Be done by Ford motor company due to needing the computer flashed after installing it. I would direct you to magnuson miss act of 1975 on that statement. I’m still skeptical of the desks not being replaceable. I’ll verify that when I can. Bottom line us when I do choose to replace my vehicle it won’t be a Ford product. I was going to put a light plow on my vehicle when I purchased it up north. And wasn’t told I could not do it because of the electronic steering. Nonsense. More
