I made an appointment for an oil change and transmission fluid exchange on a Friday at 3:00. Someone called two days before the appointment and said they could do both services at 3:00 so we rescheduled for fluid exchange on a Friday at 3:00. I had to call the SRT Team, who applied pressure from the corporate side to get it fixed. (3) The backup camera's image was so blurry that it was next to useless.
