He let me know ahead of time any additional features and fees associated with the car, unlike many dealerships that try to hide excessive costs on top of asking price. More

My experience at Fort Wayne Toyota and Lexus was okay at best. The entire process was extremely painful to say the least. The people working there were nice enough, but I kept having issues with getting the best. The entire process was extremely painful to say the least. The people working there were nice enough, but I kept having issues with getting them to listen to what I was saying. It was relatively difficult to get a hold of them and I also had issues where they were refusing to listen to the bank and myself about issues with the Title. When I offered to have them on a call they initially refused, saying they would just call the bank themselves. The issue remained unresolved by them doing this and only after continuing to push on the issue did it finally get resolved. Overall not a great experience. More

But the honesty and openness of the gentleman we talked to was a first in our car dealership experie before they closed with the intent to just look. But the honesty and openness of the gentleman we talked to was a first in our car dealership experiences. The whole experience lasted less than 20 minutes—including test drive.
