The gentleman that helped us was really nice. Very happy with the purchase of my first Toyota. Bobby Atchley and others were very helpful; Bobby made me feel very comfortable with my selection and we became friends quickly. Knowledgeable and quickly set to work on replacing the existing radio system with the more advanced system I purchased earlier. I was also kept up to date on the progress of the replacement. The service is good, but the radio chatter between service desk and the shop is a less than desirable. Some things shouldn't be said over the radio and the people in the shop should have sense enough service desk and the shop is a less than desirable.
