The 4 wheel alignment had been completed, and the service tech advised that both headlight assemblies needed to be replaced (under warranty) because they were not sealed properly and condensation had gotten inside. When the headlight assemblies were received, I received a call to schedule an appointment. The assemblies were replaced at that time, and all's well now. Mr. Jose the sales consultant lied to us since day one! He used a scheme called spot delivery! This guy never provided a copy of my contract and to this day has denied a copy to be sent to my email I verif He used a scheme called spot delivery! This guy never provided a copy of my contract and to this day has denied a copy to be sent to my email I verified with the bank with the deal was approved and never sent the paperwork and got screwed over after the bank never received the paperwork from him or dealer I am forced now to turn in the vehicle I signed for! I have never in my 40 yrs of life experienced such a disloyal person wasting my time for 3 days and spending 6 hours in the lobby for nothing. Now, this guy wants his vehicle back using lame excuses. This guy sold me a car knowing I was never qualified and 15 days later now you want your car back well sorry buddy it doesn't work that way! Laws exist I signed a contract between both me and my wife. We demand our contract a copy of it and will see you in court for using your lame method called spot delivery! You should be fired !! I have all your text messages about how rude you are and can't even answer my phone calls and yet I help you get your damme sale!! I'm very sure all your teammates don't know how awful of a salesperson you are Mr. Jose C. This guy can't even assist me in finding alternatives and yet likes to bad-mouth consumers after he sure got his sales goals met!! I hope your teammates see all this and the owner! I demand my full refund!!! More
