Set an appointment to get my car looked at and advised of the issue prior to droping the vehicle off. Issue was a “shift to park” error message that is common with my vehicle. Car was brought to the dealership and was kept all day long and was not looked at until almost day end before I was notified that they did not have the part for the issue. Then after picking my vehicle up I returned it on the following Monday to get the vehicle repaired and was contacted at the end of the day to be told the vehicle would be kept overnight due to the part still not being in. For an issue that seems to be rampant in the type of vehicle I own I shouldn’t have had that much of a run around and then get charged hundreds of dollars for the repair and that’s not including the time I was without my vehicle. Job was suppose to take about 6 hours....8 days later i finally got my car back...and the job wasnt completed. They left my car a complete mess. Replaced my power steering rack for 1100.00. A day later the power steering rack failed. The part was covered under warranty but had to pay another 750.00 in labor. This was the second straight part that failed and was told I would be charged another 750.00 in labor to replace it. I feel like I was ripped off and the situation was not handled properly. I paid over 1900.00 and got nothing out of it. Sounds to me like faulty parts were placed in my truck just so I would have to pay to replace them. Won’t be returning and will tell others to do the same. More
Couple weeks back took my truck in for an oil change. Good experience and price. Since then oil had been leaking in my garage. Will never use this dealership again. I received better service and better pricing at every dealership I have used. I would rather drive 287 miles to my old dealership than use this one which is less than service and better pricing at every dealership I have used.
