Buyer beware of leasing program at this dealership. They trick you into thinking they are giving you the best deal when in fact there are hidden fees. All of the information is not disclosed. When I challen trick you into thinking they are giving you the best deal when in fact there are hidden fees. All of the information is not disclosed. When I challenged the manager he refused to cancel the lease the day after. There are many inconsistencies on their paperwork. Take it home to review prior to signing otherwise you are trapped for 3 years. More
I have been dealing with this agency since 2004. The service department is excellent, & they seem to be honest & fair. That keeps bringing me back. This time our salesman was Kevin Lubben. My wife went to satisfy a recall and was coerced into changing a timing belt 20-30k miles early. No wear on old belt. I requested and have the old belts. Neither the tensioner or idler pulley were even changing a timing belt 20-30k miles early. No wear on old belt. I requested and have the old belts. Neither the tensioner or idler pulley were even discussed. We were talking about buying a new Tucson. It wont come from Bean. More

Fred Beans = Unethical Sellers My husband and I had a really bad experience with a Fred Beans dealership when we tried to lease a car from them about 12 years ago. They claimed that My husband and I had a really bad experience with a Fred Beans dealership when we tried to lease a car from them about 12 years ago. They claimed that they miscalculated the monthly lease price and that it would now be significantly higher. We walked out! However, after my car, an Acura, was totaled in an accident, I wanted to replace it with the same exact car and the only identical one I could find within 100 miles was at the Fred Beans Hyundai Dealership. We discussed whether we should trust them and now I wish we hadn't because they have proven themselves to be unethical and untrustworthy once again. Everyone at Fred Beans seems so nice - that is until they get your money. Then nothing is their problem any longer. After I took my car home, I realized that it was missing a major / necessary part. I contacted them immediately and was told that the car came in like this and thus it was my problem - not theirs. I asked how did the car even pass inspection while missing this part - no reply! I requested to speak with the manager multiple times. Again, no reply. Fred Beans Hyundai is filled with con artists and unscrupulous sales people who make a living out of lying and cheating others. I just wish that I had checked reviews before purchasing from these unethical sellers! My advice: AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!! More

misled on new lease- ended up costing $550 extra Leased a new Hyundai Kona from Fred Beans, was told the deal was complete with the return of an existing lease to them and an agreed upon payment. 2 m Leased a new Hyundai Kona from Fred Beans, was told the deal was complete with the return of an existing lease to them and an agreed upon payment. 2 months after the sale, I receive a bill for $550 disposition fee to be paid on my previous lease. What was represented as a deal which included everything to go from previous lease to new lease with a down payment was not so. Fred Beans did not include the disposition fee from the old lease, which every lease has on it. They were fully aware that the old lease would have this charge but never mentioned it during the agreement although the salesmen stated everything was included. When the bill came in, they did nothing about it except to offer an oil change and paint touch up. Seriously!! Be wary of being misled by them into believing that every cost is rolled into your deal. They were unwilling to help with this cost in any way. Family members have gone from lease to lease at others dealers and the disposition fee was covered as part of the deal. Can't help but feel misled and deceived by Fred Beans sales person and got no help from the sales manager on this. Done with this dealership!! More

When I arrived to the dealership, he quickly brought the car up and explained some of the paperwork. I went to the financing office and finished signing the paperwork and was off to go sit in the car, where Tim explained all of the features. Very painless process, with a very good price and no hidden fees. More
