I had called ahead to make sure that a vehicle I had seen online was available. The lady was very helpful and honest and told me the vehicle had not been put on the lot yet and needed new brakes but they were more than happy to have the vehicle available for me to see and test drive later that day. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Jason and introduced to the very nice lady I had spoke with over the phone. The vehicle was also already started, warmed up, and ready for my arrival and test drive. From that point on Jason made the sale process as fun and pain free as possible. He was very personable and entertaining. The lady from finance was also great. She explained everything in layman terms and we bounded over our love of Dachshunds. Since my purchase, I have had the wonderful experience of visiting the Service department. Austin was super personable and professional. I loved that customers were bringing in their pets and that Austin seemed to have a personal relationship with most of them. It was warm and inviting and something that a small town dealership can offer that Columbus can never replicate. To a dealership in Columbus you are just a number and money. Every dealership I talked to either would not help me or didn’t have the answers for my questions I was asking. I then started to look for the right dealership for my truck by experience. That is when I found Fredericktown Chevrolet on cargurus. I looked at the new trucks and that is when I saw it 2018 Chevy ZR2 v6 in blue. I called and talked to Casey at Fredericktown Chevrolet. We stayed in touch by email and she always got back to me in a timely manner. She also got all the info I asked for. If she did not know something she asked someone and than got back to me right away. Casey also had all things in order for when my family and I came for the test drive. Casey sold this truck and was a big help. I can not say enough...thanks thanks and more thanks. Well at Fredericktown Chevrolet everyone was very nice to my wife, me and my two little boys. This was not the case when I walked onto the lot at Fredy Chevrolet. I contacted the dealership via email, and a return email from them and a phone call. Casey Doup Art ne up with salesman Jim Jarvis. We set up a test drive and we left it as I would get back with him. There was no pressure to “buy it now or it will be gone” type catch phrases from Jim. I called him the next day about my concerns of the sale. Jim stated let me see what we can do about those concerns. Within an hour he had those things remedied and we moved forward and made a great deal for both of us. Mike Powell in financial was a breeze to due paperwork, in and out service.
