He said he was going to be off but he referred me to Seth Poland. The truck was as described and the buying process was quick and easy. No high pressure by the sales or finance areas. I highly recommend Jim, Seth and Mike Fawcett. I was able to purchase a high quality used truck at a great price. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive! More

Which was very helpful as the process in my case was exceedingly time consuming. Which was the only negative part of my experience, but one that was probably unavoidable due to my personal circumstances. That said the people I dealt with were both understanding, and showed the kind of empathy that helped to make the duration more bearable. Good people can always make a laborious experience seem so much less taxing. More

In a very quick space of time, Jason had us approved and my husband was able to pick up the car! We have been to several dealerships and the quickest we had been in and out had been 4 HOURS at a dealership known for "dealing" (even after calling ahead of time and working on pre-approval beforehand). Fredericktown Chevrolet hit that record OUT OF THE BALLPARK! We were in and out in about an hour! The kids had a great time looking at new cars and "testing" all of their amenities. We were never badgered for the sale, add-ons, or trying to keep everyone entertained during our stay there. More
