The interest rate I was offered was 32%, the MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY LAW in Virginia. Even those with poor credit can do better than that. They couldn't even take credit card payments -- stuck in the 80's with unprofessional office employees and no record keeping to speak of. Please stay away. More

I recommend this dealership because I love Freebridge they were great. I got my first car from them and I love it.Yes I had some problems with my car when I first got it but I only put 500 dollars down o they were great. I certainly received a bad deal but that was my fault...I excepted it. An unbelievably high interest rate but I didn't think I was able to buy from other dealers..my interest rate was 32%. Service: I had to take my car back on some occassions up to 5x to have a repair completed. I always told they could find nothing wrong. However, I still had the problem. However, it is nice that they will usually have a loaner car for you to use. The worse part was dealing with the rude finance people. I would receive up to 4 and 5 phone calls a day if they thought my car payment was late by one day. It wasn't!!! I would receive threats from the caller. I complained to the saleperson and the owner and received no help. Don't even think of buying here..don't stop...run away as fast as you can...There are other dealers that are more ethical and will help! More

when my bank of 10yrs would not loan money to buy a truck i emptied my savings and went shopping. you see i had good standing at the bank but i had only been at my new job 1 day. (my previous employment had been over 10 yrs) Chip sold me my 1987 S10 with out hesitation. four years later and STILL DRIVING MY TRUCK i purchased a 1991 ranger at a lower rate of interest.(a reward for making payments on time) just this past year i walked in and purchased a 1998 oldsmobile paying cash all but for enough to activate the warrenty. i dont need a "second chance" dealer anymore but i still go to Freebridge as i still have my S10, ranger, (now my wifes) and my olds and have only changed oil and bought tires to keep them running. collectively we have driven 248,000 miles in Freebridge autos and will go back again for my next purchase.
