If you enjoy bait and switch and shady practices, this is the dealership for you. We worked with Belinda and Johnny. We drove an Escalade Platinum and an M5 Competition 3.5 hours to trade towards a new Subur the dealership for you. We worked with Belinda and Johnny. We drove an Escalade Platinum and an M5 Competition 3.5 hours to trade towards a new Suburban after receiving trade-in quotes. Upon arrival, the quotes were reduced drastically as they said they could not sell our vehicles, solely because their buyers were 1st time buyers and those with poor credit. Instead, they claimed they would have to sell them to a national auction/wholesale buyer. Not only that, we couldn't even take the Suburban home if we had been foolish enough to make a deal. It had a recall that needed repaired first. It was also priced $5k over their listing for it in CarTrader. They also overquoted our local taxes by $4000 and said we would get a 10% interest rate with an excellent score (770). We ended up getting 7% elsewhere and sold both vehicles to separate dealerships for a total of $6k more. One dealership drove from MO to pick it up. Freedom also asked why we even wanted a 4x4 and why I ever bought an M5 Competition ...yeah who wants a 650hp all wheel drive Hellcat killer? They made personal digs and tried to leverage our warranty return $ as a benefit in their deal...that is our business and has nothing to do with them...what a joke. This place gives a bad name to the business as a whole. Steer clear and go elsewhere. More
I arrived at the dealership on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at approximately 10:28 AM when I left the dealership it was 1:56 PM in the afternoon. I said to him one of the other young man home with my service advisor the first time I was supposed to check something and apparently it didn’t get done he immediately asked if I wanted to get that young man because he wasn’t in the business of taking other peoples business. I asked what does that have to do with the problem that I’m having with my vehicle then he asked me to go outside to my vehicle retrieve the wheel lock from my glove box and put it in the cupholder. Upon arriving back into the dealership I talked to More about the issue I was having with my tire and Cecil stated it would be $25 to patch the tire if he could patch it as I stated to him it should’ve been done before so there shouldn’t be a charge he said I’m not going to fall out with you over a tire I’ll just patch it. To make a long story short I had to demand my truck I was kept in the dark until approximately 1:38 in the afternoon that my tire had a hole in the white wall of the tire which means I’m more than likely purchased a vehicle with a hole in the white wall. This place is horrible don’t waste your time or money here! More

Went to look at a suv yesterday. Was not pleased at all the way this dealership tried to handle me. My credit is decent and I bought a car from them in 2020. This lady gonna tell me my payments would be around $1500/ month. I was expecting $800-$900/ mo. If you do the math I would be paying $108000 w/o finance charges. What kind of foolishness going on here. I’m in a 2019 with 22,000 miles . She wanted me to trade it for a 2019 Tahoe with 78,000 miles. I left feeling very disappointed in their sales team. It wasn’t like that 2 years ago. More
Liars! I was very dissatisfied dealing with the employees at this dealership. Had everything worked out via phone & e-mail before driving the hour and 20 minutes to the dealership. I had contacted Freedom Chevrolet about buying a 2021 Chevy Traverse. I was sent some information about two Chevy Traverse the next day. Early in the morning the next day someone named Andrea called , bu Chevy Traverse. I was sent some information about two Chevy Traverse the next day. I called back 5 minutes to the number she left for me to return her call and number stated I reached them after hour. I googled the dealership number and Calle about the vehicle. I spoke someone and they stated that they would have a dealer call me back. I received a call from someone named David and he told me they only had one Traverse left on there lot. I told him vin of the Traverse I was interested in and he said it was probably on order and he was going call me back because he was trying to find information about the vehicle I was interested in. Darrell never called me back. So I called the number the lady Andrea called me from and a man answered the phone and took a message. Later that night, I looked at my emails and a lady named Letica from dealership had sent message. She asked me to make a bid and any reasonable bid would be accepted by her director. The Chevy Traverse was priced at 38,380 and told 32,380, since I was asked to make a bid on the vehicle. Letica sent me email back asking when can I come in. So I thought my bid was accepted. So I sent her a email back stating that I stay in Louisiana and I asked can do all the business remotely. I asked her to call me after she never responded to the email, I sent. When she called me, I told her I was interested in the Chevy Traverse that I was sent information about and she said because of pandemic I would have come in person to fill out paperwork. I asked her do they have or if going to get the Chevy Traverse I was sent information about. She told me a vin number and I told her that was not the one I was sent information about. I gave her the vin and she said she would call me back in 10 minutes. A hour had passed and I called her back and a operator said she was with customer. So stated that I was waiting Letica called me back about Chevy Traverse. The man said, she probably did not call you back because she was not sure if was serious about buying a vehicle. I told him I been calling three days about this vehicle, how you don’t think I’m not serious. So a hour later I called back to speak to Letica and she told me that was no Chevy Traverse left on lot and back order. I told her I been trying get a vehicle for three days. The only reason I choose there lot is because I went through the Chevy.com site and they said that y’all had the color I wanted. I asked her why were you telling me to come in if you didn’t have the any Traverses. Letica then said that’s why we tell y’all have to come in. I told Letica you was the first person in last three days that ever told me that. I told her if I would I drove over 400 miles to get get there and y’all did not have any Traverses, I would been very upset. I told her y’all wasted my time for three days. I was trying buy vehicle and I should not had to hunt y’all down. I asked to seek to a supervisor and she said she was going tell him to call me. She told me they had a demo vehicle on there lot and she would send me pictures, but she never sent them. I called back about 30 minutes later to speak to a supervisor and I explain to the guy, what was going on and he said, he would have someone to call me back. A supervisor Johnny, call me back and I told him the problem I have been having. He stated that he would have tell the people over him, that communication between online sells and lot was experiencing difficult. I told him I had problems with people who worked on the lot too. He said, he was going investigate to see who I spoke with. I told him I should have not been having to run people down to by a vehicle. They wasted my time for three days. I could have brought one of the Traverse that was on back order, if they had not been playing around for three days. I do not recommend anyone from out of state to try but a car from Freedom Chevy because they will would waste your time. I could have been looked at another dealer, if they were not serious about selling me a 2021 Chevy Traverse. More
