Took car in heater wouldn't get hot. Was told I needed heater core replacement $1800. Went to local mechanic. Said coolant was low 2 gallons. Cost $50 . heater core replacement $1800. Went to local mechanic. Said coolant was low 2 gallons. Cost $50 . More

Scott McDonald helped us from day one to resolve issues caused by a faulty oil change. It required negotiating with the company that did wrong to replace our engine. Very disappoint again. I was promised that my vehicle would be taken care of. Get it back with damage. Service advisor Clay did not take care of me and promised me he would.
