I'll start off with saying that I am in love with my 2014 WRX and can thank Dean for working me through the process. The guys at Freehold Subaru really are exception, and this is said after dealing with 2014 WRX and can thank Dean for working me through the process. The guys at Freehold Subaru really are exception, and this is said after dealing with multiple dealerships for Subaru and other manufacturers that left an awful taste in my mouth. He was gentleman to us the entire time, no gimmick, definitely not pushing; he simply allowed us to make the decision ourselves and try to offer us the best deal possible. Everyone was reasonable and after a little bit of time, I drove home MY car. Its a great feeling knowing you had good people sell you a fantastic product. If you want a Subaru, start here, seriously. Very honest people, straight forward, and easy to deal with, at this dealership. Our sales person Bryan H. is knowledgeable about the product and is helpful on every question we asked. The test drive route included a section of highway and local residential area. This gives an aspect of the car performance at various situation. The $ number presented to us including trade in was very agreeable. It's almost effertless to get a very reasonable price. Sales manager, the decision maker, Dave R. is wonderful. Forester is a very popular model that they didn't have too many in stock. He would go out of way, tried many other dealerships to get the color and the trim that we want, at no additional cost to us. The exact car was well prep'ed when we arrived to pick it up 2 days later. The whole purchase process was very smooth and was a very present experience. I will go back for service, since they offer free oil change and free loaner car, as long as you keep the car. Hope the service experience will be as good as the purchase. More
