"Love the Fusion"

They took the time, and found me the exact vehicle I was looking for. Overall experience was a delight, and they even accommodated my 5 yo while we waited for all the paperwork to go through. Highly recommend.

"Worst customer service once you make a purchase!"

I purchased a used car with 20k miles...fairly new. Spent 25k on the car, no cheap purchase. Two days after the purchase, the handle on the car came loose so I went to get it fixed and they gave me a hard time. The salesperson named Jose (who sold us the car) said these exact words to me, "what do you expect, you got a used car". I was floored by his response and asked to speak to the manager. The manager came and showed no sense of urgency when I was explaining what tramspired. I explained I was there all day waiting for them to address the issue. They refused to give a loaner while the part was order and the car fixed. I had a horrible experience. The next time I contacted them for a recall they informed me they did not have the part that was recalled and they would receive it in about a month. They did not bother to take my information or anything. They were just very dismissive. I am due to buy another car for my wife in May, however, I would never again give that dealer my business. Once you make a purchase, they treat you like crap.

First time going into any Ford Dealership. Met with Jose who approached me outside as I was looking at the F150's. Jose was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I was able to leave the dealership with a new vehicle that same day due to the great team work by Jose, Mark, Bobby, Jon and the service team that prepped the vehicle. I was impressed with the overall service provided.
