UNSCHEDULED SERVICE - NO APPOINTMENT I AM CURRENTLY LEASING A 2014 F-150 FROM FRIENDLY AND HAD A TIRE GO DOWN ON 20 NOV 2015. I INSTALLED THE SPARE AND SINCE I WAS ONLY 10 MILES AW I AM CURRENTLY LEASING A 2014 F-150 FROM FRIENDLY AND HAD A TIRE GO DOWN ON 20 NOV 2015. I INSTALLED THE SPARE AND SINCE I WAS ONLY 10 MILES AWAY I DECIDED TO BRING THE FLAT TO THE DEALERSHIP. GOOD DECISION. SINCE ALL THE TECHS WERE BUSY SERVICE MUST HAVE REDIRECTED ONE OF THEM TO MY SITUATION. THE TIRE HAD A BAD PUNCTURE REQUIRING AN INSIDE PATCH (THEY SHOWED ME). REINSTALLED THE WHEEL/TIRE AND STOWED THE SPARE ( WHICH IS A CHORE) AND I WAS OUT OF THERE IN SHORT ORDER. GOOD MORALE ALL AROUND. More
