Lily oversees the maintenance of our Toyota vehicles. She is quick to let us know what needs to be done and has always been transparent with costs and availability of parts. She is quick to let us know what needs to be done and has always been transparent with costs and availability of parts. More
Service is extremely slow. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. More
Went in for a normal maintenence oil change 2 1/2 weeks ago. They called saying I needed the cabin air fleet and engine for changed. It wasn't covered by toyota care, paid over 100 for both. When I got t ago. They called saying I needed the cabin air fleet and engine for changed. It wasn't covered by toyota care, paid over 100 for both. When I got the car back it was noisier than it's ever been, engine light came in, brought it back. Technician said the tech who put it on didn't put it in correctly. Put it on while the car was on. I asked to a manager, no manager on site, asked for someone to call me to discuss this and have yet to hear back. Get disappointed, still waiting for a call More
I have a 2022 Toyota Avalon that I purchased brand new (not from Frontier). I've been using Frontier for about a year now to service the vehicle. Overall it's been fine but I came in at 25,000 miles for r (not from Frontier). I've been using Frontier for about a year now to service the vehicle. Overall it's been fine but I came in at 25,000 miles for regular service and because the rotors have become warped prematurely (Rotors don't warp until about 75K - 100K) as they did on my older Toyotas. I also do not drive the car hard or brake hard. If you do any research in the Toyota forums or in a general google search you will find that premature warped rotors is a common problem on most newer Toyota models, even up to 2023 models. A lot of people have had them replaced as a courtesy by their Toyota dealers. This dealer was NO help and did not offer to cover it as a courtest. They acknowledged that they are warped and Arshak (Service Manager) offered to pay for some of the cost but would not cover the entire cost. They continued to say there is no defect when there is clearly a defect. That comment is incredibly insulting to me as rotors do not warp by 25K miles. I contacted Toyota corporate about this and they also offered no real help other than a reimbursement on parts but not labor. It's disgusting to me that a dealer will sever ties with a regular customer over what would cost them (the dealer) no more than $50-$60 to replace the pads and resurface the rotors. They've now lost all of my future business even though I intended on going there for future services and repairs. I would avoid this dealer at all costs. They overcharge and their number one priority is profits over customer satisfaction. More
06/25/2021 - Update on the service review from my previous reviews of this place... unfortunately I was let down on even a simple service. I was cleaning the interior of my vehicle one weekend and de previous reviews of this place... unfortunately I was let down on even a simple service. I was cleaning the interior of my vehicle one weekend and decided to check out how my air cabin filter was doing... when I pulled it out I was mad and disappointed at the same time. My truck was just recent at thus dealership for the 25k mile Toyota care which includes changing the air box filter and cabin filter. On my service history it was charged (although still under Toyota care) that it was checked and replaced. You guys let me down. If you bring your vehicles here I recommend following up on the services they state on the paperwork... Edit: I decided to check my air intake box filter as well and behold!!! wasn't changed either. C'mon... (see added pictures.) First picture is service history documentation, next two is the cabin air filter which has definitely been there way before the service. I'm sure it's the same filter that came with the vehicle from the factory; last one is the air box filter. That Pre-filter medium does not get that dirty in only ~1k miles with OEM air box. More
