That is especially true of Service Advisor Sam Bitar who thoroughly explains the scope of work to be done while also keeping me updated throughout the process giving me updates along the way. Also, Parker the Service Tech even provided me with a nice video going over work as well. While my work is getting done, I often have the pleasure of speaking with Salesman Sam Buffington to catch up new models and incentives that that I pass along to friends and relatives. Again, truly an outstanding team at this state-of-the-art facility that continues to earn this demanding customer’s business and leave me Completely Satisfied every time. I came into the Dealership from out of state with a Tire issue that required a replacement. Christian in Service greeted me immediately and talked to me about my tire issue. After confirming my tire was in stock he went thru pricing and options for the installation of the new tire. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very friendly. While my car was being serviced, he directed me to the waiting area and coffee. While waiting for my car to be serviced, in the waiting area, I was greeted by Charlie Carney. He was extremely friendly and we spoke for some time. Being from out of state and not a regular customer of Clearwater Nissan, I appreciated the time he spent with me and my wife while we waited for my car to be finished. Service was quick, professional and priced fairly. The Showroom and entire facility was very clean and modern. If I lived in the Clearwater area, I would definitley go to Clearwater Nissan for my next car. Great Place. Very friendly More

Monday the 26th I took my car to the dealer due to some problems I was having, on Thursday the 29th I went to pick up my vehicle, when I was cleaning my vehicle I realized that there was a dent in the pass problems I was having, on Thursday the 29th I went to pick up my vehicle, when I was cleaning my vehicle I realized that there was a dent in the passenger side of the lower part and they didn't tell me anything Of course it happened in the dealer took it to be inspected and they are repairing it, they lent me a very nice vehicle, the police stopped me because the license plate is expired, since I bought this vehicle the only thing I have had is problems from rust throughout the vehicle, I have taken it several occasions because of nothing the vehicle activates the collision sensor and stops the vehicle without any obstacle in front, I do not have any thrust in this dealer or employees More
