We had the worst experience with this dealership. I want to warn anyone thinking about buying a car from them… don’t do it. Kyle and his brother TJ were absolutely horrible. They sold us a BMW that had MULTIPLE problems and has continued to have problems since we purchased it. We called them multiple times about a few different things and Kyle’s exact response was “sorry, you bought a BMW buddy, what do you expect” after cussing at my husband on the phone. I mean it’s actually just wild how we were treated. This BMW was actually Kyle’s personal car and he did not take care of it whatsoever. Motor mount was broken, front differential was leaking, the wheels were absolutely destroyed because the kid doesn’t know how to drive and curbed them constantly. He was insanely disrespectful every time we tried to contact him. They promised to get us a second key fob and that never happened either. So many regrets buying from these filthy people. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. More

Traded my GMC truck and delivered it to the business on November 15, 2023. Originally quoted as 0% finance for 72 months. Then it changed to 2.9% finance for 72 months. Salesman and manager rushed be out b November 15, 2023. Originally quoted as 0% finance for 72 months. Then it changed to 2.9% finance for 72 months. Salesman and manager rushed be out because the deal was flawed and "Corporate" was there that day and they didn't want any issues in front of higher. I took possession of my new 2023 Dodge Ram at a gas station down the road. I know the ex salesman personally so I trusted him and the process. As of this day they have not paid off the 2022 GMC but have sold it to someone else. I get contacted daily about the GM not being paid off and it is because the dealership has not fulfilled this. This in turn is killing my credit. I also was not given a dealer plate but they just put my old one on my new truck and as of this day I have not received a title or new plate. The Store Manager is Keith Marlett. He has made the decision to completely ignore my calls and texts but an assistant named Kim Porter responded saying the payoff is "working on it, have it in the process". This is a terrible way to handle a customer. I have no idea what I am seeking but have left reviews and I assume my next step will be to contact a lawyer. Consumers need to be made aware of this place and you may want to get your vehicle somewhere else. More

Made a deal with them over phone, told them we were over four hours away and gave then credit card to place deposit till we could arrive next day. That night we recieved call from Police in St Charles that our renter, ( Family member) would not vacate rental home. We had to drive back and deal with problem with law and lawyer and explained all this to the dealership stating that due to this we could not comlete. We asked for $500.00 back of the $1000.00 deposit and the smug sales staff told us we were not getting any back and that is there policy. We understood we would be able to get back all but I felt they received $500.00 for one day of phone transaction was fair. Will let all our freinds in Jeff City area not to deal with them. More
