Terrible customer service in the body shop. Dimas wouldn’t do estimate of an old man’s truck if we wouldn’t guarantee them the work. Ethics are terrible at this place. Have had several issues with my 2020 Explorer Platinum . The service dept. can t repair these issues on the first try and I still have same issues . Made an appointment yesterday for repair on our F150 pick up. Lady said it may be a few days before they would get to it. Called this morning about couple things of repairs. I had an appointment to get warranty work for my back up camera to be replaced. Dropped my car off at 8 AM and was told it took a couple of hours. Went back at noon and they had not even started. I have always owned a Ford and never had to take one back for any warranty work. This 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum has been back several times for different things. My last trip was the first time I dealt with a professional service advisor. She made things right and had my car brought to me when finished . If you have an appointment I personally think you don’t slide someone that didn’t have an appointment in front of you. This was not the service employees fault. More
