My daughter had her vehicle "repaired" by this dealer after hitting a deer. They kept her vehicle so long her insurance rental expired. Alonzo promised they would call as soon as the part arrived and would complete the repair at no additional charge. Of course, he never called. My daughters has called them 5 times since with no luck. It has been 1 year and they have not completed the promised repair. Very fraudulent and shady repair department. More
Today, I had a very unprofessional experience from your service team and would NEVER buy a car again from Morgan GMAC Gainesville or any Morgan Group advertising this FAKE platinum warranty! I bought ONE year ago a 2018 Z06 Corvette with 28k miles with your “Platinum” Lifetime Warranty PLUS additional Bumper to Bumper Warranty for 5 years! I had some issues with my Z06 transmission shuddering and harsh shifting between first and second and back down especially when it goes into the V4 mode. Today Luke your service advisor told me , this is not covered and we need $170 diagnostic fee and then we will give you the repair cost and tell you if its covered or Not covered under warranty! I told him I’m confused. I have a warranty, bumper-to-bumper, for five years and You’re “platinum “ lifetime through Morgan and extended 5 year platinum package through Fidelity, bumper to bumper. so how do I owe you $170 diagnostic fee if everything should be covered, bumper-to-bumper? you’re supposed to cover the transmission under your platinum lifetime warranty through Morgan, that was given to me when I bought the car, and you advertise on your site! Luke Quaters , said “ basically I’m just relating to you the procedures and the cost”, and then he just stared at me. I told him just go ahead and do the oil change like I had scheduled today. He then said Well since you are going to argue we are just going to deny any service. So I said, unless I agree to pay you $170, your not even going to honor my remaining oil changes I even have!!! I was so upset that I was getting treated like trash and denied service that is owed to me! Those oil changes are about $800! That is owed to me! This is fraud!!! I told him then I wanted to speak to his manager. He put his head down and he said it will be a moment. He made me wait! I left service and went to the front building Sales, and told the manager that I was going to come in and purchase a truck for my son after my service but not anymore after getting treated like trash and being told that my car isnt covered anymore! Plus Morgan fraudulently, not honoring my oil changes because now they don’t like me! Jason Baughman came in and said he was Service MANAGER, told me that it’s going to be $170 for diagnostic fee and then they would tell me how much the transmission and if it was covered or not, I told them I have the warranty he said after the diagnostic is paid for then we’ll see if it’s covered. I said that doesn’t make sense. He said “I have no time for you LADY“! “thats what it is! “, He turned his back on me and left the building! I have been a manager for over 30 years and a manager never acts like that! I never been so insulted in my whole entire life! If that’s the way you treat customers that pay almost $100,000 for a vehicle!!!! I guess you must have plenty of customers to just throw away! I will make sure everyone knows how badly I was treated in your dealership today and how I was defrauded by your company! More
