I bought a 2024 4Runner from Mohamed "Mo" Amin over at Galaxy Toyota. Mo was awesome, and made the entire buying process a positive experience. I had tried several dealers prior to finding my way to Galaxy looking for my 2024 TRD Pro 4Runner in Underground. All the other dealerships told me, "sorry, its not available" or "its sold out". Not with Mo. Mo's response was, "we will make it happen" and sure enough he did and in a shorter time frame then originally suggested. He went out of his way to make sure that myself and my son were comfortable, and enjoyed the experience. This was my first time using Galaxy, and it wont be my last. Definitely a recommendation. We (my immediate family) purchased 5 cars in 3 years. The first 2 were as a result of hurricane ida. We happened to stop in Galaxy and met our sales person KJ. And haven’t been to anyone else. We did shop around shortly only to find the typical nonsense. KJ is not like the others so we were back to KJ for the next 3 cars. Sincere and understanding. Answers questions honestly. I must say I am a very very difficult customer, however, KJ is patience and professional. I must say I would recommend him highly. I have never met a car salesperson in all my years of having done this car buying and leasing that I would recommend but I would KJ. Let’s face it. It’s a car dealer. They have to make money but I don’t think you will regret seeing KJ to start your deal. And the managers will be managers. P.S.
