My experience with Galeana was great! Marlin Jackson was quite the professional. Not only was he knowledgeable about Kia products, he was also personable and sincere. Marlin made the sales experience quite a pleasant one; plus, he's a really funny guy! Adam Firetag, the sales manager, was equally professional, approachable and made it known that he wanted to work with me. He has a wonderful, humorous personality. I, too, enjoyed meeting with and working with your Finance Director, Tom, and found that he - as well as the entire team - was very easy to work with. Ultimately, your Galeana team approached me in a down-to-earth manner and came across less gimmicky and more savvy. They made the process a seamless and stress-free one. The reason I am writing this review is because the experience at Galeana was wonderful. I delt with two sales guys Johnnie and Joe and they were awesome. They both have fantastic personalities and were a pleasure to work with. Neither one was pushy and listen to my concerns and gave me excellent advice on hard tops verses soft tops. They were honest with me about some concerns I had and didn't answer me as to what I wanted to hear just to make a sale. They had my safety at heart with trying to pull a horse trailer loaded with horses using the jeep I purchased and not being rated for the weight. Got great advice and over all experience was excellent! More
