Best customer service EVER! Great company to deal with!! I honestly couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I was extremely impressed with the compassion and courtesy everyone had upon greeting me. I found a car that was exactly what I was looking for and they made everything happen I asked them to do. Overall experience is one that can’t be compared to any other dealerships I have delt with. Bobby G the salesperson I did most of my communication with never once lost his patience with me because I am a picky and particular person, he found ways to cater to what I asked of him. A VERY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! YOU MAY HAVE TO TRAVEL A BIT TO GET HERE...BUT IT IS WELL WORTH THE TRIP!!! To be honest, my husband and I had had a very hard year, he's been off YOU MAY HAVE TO TRAVEL A BIT TO GET HERE...BUT IT IS WELL WORTH THE TRIP!!! To be honest, my husband and I had had a very hard year, he's been off work due to three surgeries and we had to file bankruptcy. We decided to let my car go back in the bankruptcy so this was a very important purchase. I travel to another county for work and when we decided to let my car go back, it really put a strain on me. When my husband got his Disability, we decided that we had to get me a car. My husband and I heard from a friend about this dealership. She said the sales staff was honest, dependable and we would NOT regret going there. I will be honest with you, I don't trust car dealerships, Car Salesman and especially any Manager that works at a car dealership. I feel that they are out to get whatever they can regardless of how it affects the buyer. My husband and I have been lied to before (The vehicle we turned in for the bankruptcy) and that is why I just do NOT trust anyone. Well, I was proven wrong. After contacting the Finance Manager, Rich Craycroft (That's who my friend said to contact), a salesman, Chris Dyer, called me. We set up an appointment, my husband and I went in, Chris asked me a few questions about what we wanted. i thought, at first, that I would have to "settle" for something I didn't really want just because of the bankruptcy, but I was wrong again. He had several SUV's picked for us to try out, but on the very first one, I knew it was for me. I could NOT believe that this was happening. I was so shocked that I was going to get a vehicle that I actually wanted and not one that I had to get, because of our situation. The SUV that we bought is BETTER THAN THE CARE WE TURNED IT TO THE BANKRUPTCY!!! Can you believe that!!! I was sitting there, after test driving the SUV, and I was thinking...this is just not possible...but it was. It didn't take long for the financing part, because Rich had us do everything prior to us coming in, which was really very nice. We weren't pressured. We weren't rushed and we were treated just like we had perfect credit. The best part of our experience was that we were not lied to and we weren't put in a lease, just to get the sale, and THERE WERE NO HIDDEN COSTS OR EXTRA FEES that car dealerships so conveniently slip in at the last minute. I would recommend Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I would definitely recommend Chris Dyer and Rich Craycroft. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I have had my SUV for a month now and it works perfect. We could not be more happier. Oh and I just want to add that in all the excitement that day I forgot a very nice binder that I kept all of my paperwork in. Rich sent it to me and I received it the very next day. Again, I will NEVER go anywhere else and I am telling everyone about my experience! More
