I reached out to Hugo Lopez to purchase a new car at Galpin Honda. Within 24 hours of my request, Hugo had taken care of everything. He answered all my questions and all I had to do was arrive at the dealer to sign my paperwork. Although it was a sudden decision to purchase a car, the process went by fast and efficient. Hugo was amazing! He was very communicative, he was thorough and detail oriented, he delivered exactly what I was looking for, and overall it was a fast easy process! I was particular about how much I wanted to put down, and the monthly payment that would work for me and he made it work. He went above and beyond and it’s much appreciated!
