Michael from the service department is always will to do whatever it takes to make things convenient for me. He’s great! The service is always completed on time and at or below the estimate. The only way to make this service any better would be to provide the work for free ;)

Very pleased with our sales person, Tiffany Kruzer. She is knowledgeable and willing to work with us to get us the exact car we wanted. Kelly Kidd from finance got us through all the paperwork quickly and with no pressure to add unneeded options. And finally, Jeff Lipson was extremely patient as he went through all the features of our new car. He was able to answer any questions we had and is willing to meet with us again if needed. Ganly Honda is the only place I will take my car. I've been going here since I moved to Ohio and they've kept my car in tip top shape. Whatever they are paying Wendy, it is not enough...she is the BEST!!

James is the most excellent service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything so that you understand what they are doing to your car.
