I have used them three times since relocating from Toledo, Ohio. The first time they picked up vehicle to do maintenance… that was the last. The second time I scheduled a visit for service and they said they could no longer pick up car or drop off… website advertises rentals that of course was not available. second when they took vehicle and told me I needed 4 new tires for over $1200 they said they would be sure vacuum and wash car before I picked it up. I also asked if they could put winter mats in vehicle, they said they would. Neither of these were done. I will be using another dealership for the maintenance needs of my Lincoln. More
