However, once we were at the finance process, everything went wrong. The person writing the contract didn't even introduce himself. Once presented the finance contract, the figures were all wrong. He proceeded to argue with me. He then saw the mistake and corrected it blaming everyone else in the dealership. He is very rude and I even had to say "Wait a minute, I am the customer here". After that, he was still extremely rude. Any time we had a question, he was very impatient and couldn't answer questions properly. I would NOT recommend financing with this dealership because of our horrible experience. More

We needed to purchase used car for our son to drive to work, choosing to visit Garavel since they were servicing our Jeep for a few years. We were lucky to have Wrangler Rob approach us in the showroom and he didn't disappoint! Aside from his pleasant demeanor, WR really knows cars since we discussed several models and the features and costs of each. During our initial visit we decided to purchase a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee we saw on the Garavel webpage. Overall, WR made the buying experience a positive one. When we returned to the showroom to pick up the car WR spent lots of time with our son reviewing the features of the car. In addition, WR stepped in to speak with our insurance company when the after hours customer service department was unwilling to correct a clerical error on the temporary ID card. WR used his excellent communication skills, patience and experience to correct a simple problem that was over blown by the insurance company personnel. More
