HOWEVER I am extremely unhappy with Subaru that they stopped the free replacement of their defective I have always been happy with my local dealer. Subaru had previously stepped up to the plate to cover the replacements. To arbitrarily stop this policy is a disgrace and extremely disappointing! More

My only problem is that I appear to have one of the 2016 models that's got a power drain problem. Probably 8 times now I've had dead batteries to deal with. I've taken to purchasing a battery jumper and trickle charger to be safe. On my 4th battery in 4 years. The last one lasted exactly one year before being replaced. Had to pay for some sensor in the door that I was told was causing problems last year. Didn't save the problem. Subaru Corporate needs to wake up and address these issues with a permanent solution. I care for an 85 year old and cannot afford to have a dead battery in emergencies. The answer is to keep throwing an inadequate battery at the toblem. More

I was sadly stranded with my brand new 2021 Outback which had an oil leak due to a manufacturing defect. I called Garavel first thing in the morning and Tony from service took my call. Garavel was able to squeeze me in to do a major service that was soon needed, even though they were very busy and it was on a Saturday. They didn't have to do this and could have postponed it, but I am ver that was soon needed, even though they were very busy and it was on a Saturday.
