Friendly and courteous personnel I brought in my 2012 Impala for a problem that I had been experiencing for several years now. No one could diagnose this problem until today. Similar I brought in my 2012 Impala for a problem that I had been experiencing for several years now. No one could diagnose this problem until today. Similar problems with other Impalas are posted all over the internet. I believe this should have been a recall issue from Chevrolet. Problem seems to be solved as of today but at the tune of $600 out of my pocket. A little tough for someone that has been unemployed over a year. All of the staff at Christenson Chevrolet were extremely courteous and informative. A very good dealership. More
