Just brought my 2021 Grand Cherokee in for routine service. Not only were they fast in returning my car, the vehicle inspection was done perfect. So don’t believe the sales gimmicks! Purchased a car from this dealership in 2011z the promise that was made with their Platinum Program was that I would receive $8 oil changes & free in Purchased a car from this dealership in 2011z the promise that was made with their Platinum Program was that I would receive $8 oil changes & free inspections for the life of the vehicle. Lo and behold today I brought my Jeep in for oil change and was told that they have discontinued the program. How do you discontinue a program that you sold as a lifetime benefit upon the sale of the vehicle? This is just one of a number of issues I’ve had with this dealership and its service department over the years .Never again will I buy a car from this dealership and you should think twice before you do. They have ruined what was a great relationship. I leased two cars from them and used their service department exclusively over the years. I loved their service department. No more. They did some insurance work on my Jeep Compass but because of parts delays, only part of the work was done but all the work was paid for by insurance. We could never make arrangements due to scheduling problems on both sides. We have now moved away and they are extremely slow and difficult refunding the money that was paid for the work not completed. They no longer return phone calls and emails from either us or the insurance company. They said they would send us a check but it was for less than the amount they were paid for the work not completed. They won't explain why the amount is lower. They finally sent a check to our old address even though they were specifically given the new address and we don't even know how much that check is actually for. So now, we need to figure out how we get them to resend a check because they are still not replying to requests. They really ruined a good customer relationship and I used to always recommend them. I can no longer recommend them. More
