I was texting with a dealer over the phone on a Friday, he gave me all of the info on the car I was looking for, got me the numbers I needed to be at, we set up a time for Saturday morning to look at the car. When we got there, he was waiting for us with a new clean car, went for a test drive with us explaining all of the features, very helpful. Once we went back in the show room, all of the numbers we talked about were the same, no supersizes at the end. Only took about 3hrs, and the car was spotless with a full tank of gas. He helped me set up my phone to sink with the car and followed up on Monday to make sure we were happy. Over all great experience. Highly recommend this dealership! More

No amount of research can prepare you for the moment of walking into a dealership. luckily for me, I reached out via telephone a few days prior and spoke to the amazing Casey. Casey was patient and kind on the phone and answered all my question prior to me making the decision to step foot inside the location. He even called me back promptly when he had to ask his manager about an odd question I had about price matching. A few days went by before I had the chance to get over to Garnet Volkswagen after work. As soon as I walked in, Casey was there, even though I didn't tell him I would be stopping by that day. He remembered all that we had talked about on the telephone a few days prior. He even remembered the exact trim level I was looking at as well as the car that I was looking to trade in. Great memory!! especially for an unannounced walk in. He set me up for a test drive and explained all the technology features of the 2019 Jetta SEL. what a car! I think he could sense that i was a bit overwhelmed with all the tech beautifully placed in the vehicle and literally sat with my boyfriend and i and explained nearly ever button. The car comes with a users manual... Casey definitely didn't have to go through all the features with me like he did, but he was so kind to do so. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honest through the process.I literally can not express how awesome Casey is. He explained everything throughly, gave me a no pressure attitude, made me feel comfortable and 100% sure of my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my friends, family, and coworkers if they were looking for a Volkswagen. Thank you Casey! You made the process so easy. Easygoing and painless Recently went to Garnet Volkswagen in search of a new car. Garnet was nearly an hour and half from home for me but it was worth it. I walked in and met Casey Truitt who immediately set me up for a drive with the car I was interested in. When I returned from my drive, I told Casey I liked the car and what kind of money I was willing to spend on a lease. He and his manager Ed really impressed me. I've been to dealerships where the sales person and manager play games with the down payment, leasing terms, and dealer add-ons but I got no nonsense or minutia at Garnet. We very easily came to terms and there was no pressure put on me to make an impulse decision. A few days later I came back and I signed the paperwork. The Finance Manager, Margot, was also awesome to work with. She helped me understand all of the forms I was signing and worked with me to find a tire protection package that worked for me. Excellent experience from start to finish. More
