Treated like family My wife and I had a bad experience with a salesperson earlier on the same day with a "big box" dealership in Clarksville. We arrived well after 6:00 p.m. the same day at Gary Matthews and from the start, we noticed things were different. Sonia Paris asked us what we might be interested in and she was there to assist us. We told her what we were looking for and she checked inventory for our specific requests. She was personable, treated a customer like family and soon we were taking a test drive. Afterwards, we met Steve and Paul and a deal was reached and they as well treated us like family. They stayed well after closing hour to ensure we were satisfied. My wife and I feel that the reason we purchased our new Pacifica from Gary Matthews was they treat you like family. More

I must say, Giavonni made this absolutely the best vehicle purchasing experience we've had! He took care of everything over the phone so that, once we arrived, all we had to do was sign papers. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He made sure to take the time to contact us with updates and just stay in touch during the entire process. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very nice and welcoming. The showroom, offices, and lot were very clean and classy.
