I don't think you could do better than this, I did not even need to go anywhere, you came here and fixed the problem. What a great service. If I had to come in it would at least taken two hours. I was snubbed by a Service Advisor on an Oil Change/Tire Rotation as the Shop was too busy. Went to Service Advisor Steve Rothe and after hearing the situation, got my truck right in and then didn't charge Rotation as the Shop was too busy.
